Zenkai Meat is a meat processing plant with a slaughterhouse, established by cattle producers and agricultural cooperatives who wanted to deliver the livestock products they raised themselves directly to consumers. We are promoting the branding of delicious beef that has been safely fattened under the meticulous management typical of domestic beef producers. The beef we process and sell includes “Kaitaku-Gyu” raised in newly developed areas, “Herb-Gyu” and “Crossbred Herb-Gyu” raised on a formula feed fortified with natural herbs and vitamin E, and “Kaitaku-Gyu” certified by ZENKAIREN, all with high added value.

About the beef we handle
“Kaitaku-Gyu” is beef from dairy cows (Holstein breed), whose calves are raised under strict hygiene and individual management. “Miyazaki Herb-Gyu” is raised on feed fortified with carefully selected herbs and vitamin E.

Process Flow
Our meat processing flow consists of 11 stages. First, the cattle are thoroughly cleaned, and their internal organs are removed. Then, the beef is cut, and each part is carefully processed using specialized techniques. The beef is then processed under strict hygienic control to maintain quality and form the final product. Before shipment, a final check is conducted to ensure that safe and high-quality meat products are delivered to consumers.
